They needed a structured method that would allow them to bridge gaps and create a consistent work flow. Its ultimate goal was ensuring that all tasks are completed in a predetermined order.
Gantt chart is the most important technique for traditional project management. Henry Gantt was the original creator of Gantt chart. This is why it’s often referred to as the father of traditional project managing. It is one of most useful ways to present the tasks and activities of a project on a timeline.
