Although project management was introduced in the 1950s, it has been used since then. It has been used in the creation of some of the most important projects in history, including the Great Pyramids and the Transcontinental Railroad. Each activity is presented with a bar.
Who is responsible for each task?
How long each task takes
How tasks can be linked and overlap
The project’s start and end dates

You will need to update your Gantt chart as things change. The bar’s size does not necessarily reflect the amount of work required to succeed.
